Our Expertise

Simon Cater, the Managing Director of Milne (Land & Planning) Limited, brings a wealth of experience in the town planning industry. Simon is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) - a testament to his professional qualifications and commitment to maintaining high standards in town planning.

His career in the private sector spans 17 years, beginning in 2007. Over these years, Simon has refined his skills and knowledge in planning, land and technical departments from local developers to national PLC housebuilders. Simon offers a holistic approach to planning and clients benefit from his rounded approach and commercial understanding to maximise the potential of their schemes.
